TediBridges: your bridge to quality living

A 6-week cohort · new intake every quarter

The Sprint Challenge

A physiotherapy-led programme to reclaim your neck & shoulder strength and mobility, with a grand prize gift every quarter.

Dr Anita Onwuteaka, Doctor of Physiotherapy

Not another exercise programme

A physiotherapist-led solution.

“After years of treating women in clinic with neck and shoulder pain, I knew there had to be a better way for women to understand and care for their neck and shoulder health before pain starts calling the shots. These daily 5-minute Micro-Resets are that solution, designed to improve your mobility, reset your nervous system, and build the resilience to stay ahead of pain, not just manage it.”

What makes this programme work isn’t just the exercises. It’s the clinical expertise behind them, the structure that keeps you consistent, and the accountability that keeps you showing up. Built for women, by a woman who understands exactly how the body and life intersect.

What Sprint members are saying

“What a great 6 weeks following the 300 Second Work Well programme! The exercises were easy to follow and it was great to have encouragement throughout. This has made me consider how I move my body. With what I’ve learnt, I can use this new knowledge moving forward. Thank you!”

“The 300 Second Work Well Sprint was a wonderful experience. It made a huge difference to my daily routines and I found myself practising some of the moves during the course of my day. I’m excited to see what other Sprints will be available! Thanks so much! It’s been great!”
Linda O
“My colleagues see me doing the exercises and have asked me what I am doing, and they have joined me on some days of the sprint and found it helpful. So the sprint has not just helped me but others. Thank you for this programme.”

The 300-Second Work-Well Sprint

The Work-Well Mobility Sprint is a clinically-led, 6-week movement programme designed by an HCPC-registered physiotherapist to help you reclaim your physical freedom. By combining evidence-based mobility drills with a sustainable “300-second” daily habit, the programme provides a practical bridge between daily life and optimal physical health.

This programme is for educational purposes and is not a substitute for 1:1 medical advice. If you have a specific injury, please consult a clinician before starting.

Next cohort starts July 28th 2026.
