How we store and use your data.

This page explains exactly what we collect across TediBridges Work-Well, why, where it's stored, and how to see or remove your data.

What we collect

Sprint Challenge signup: your leaderboard nickname, full name, email address, WhatsApp number, chosen region (UK or Nigeria), and your confirmation that you've read the safety screening notes.

Notify-me lists (Sprint Challenge or Corporate & Group): your email address and, where relevant, your region or organisation and group size.

WhatsApp Channel: nothing collected on this site, joining happens entirely inside WhatsApp, under WhatsApp's own privacy terms.

We do not collect payment details, medical records, or any information beyond what you type into a form on this site.

Why we collect it

To send your priority booking link and confirm your spot in a programme.
To add you to the correct programme WhatsApp group and deliver programme content.
To check, via the safety screening confirmation, that the Sprint Challenge is appropriate for you before you join.
To let you know when the next Sprint Challenge cohort or Corporate & Group pricing is ready, if you asked to be notified.
To follow up on Corporate & Group enquiries.

Where it's stored

Form submissions are written to a private file on our own web server, in a folder that is not reachable from the internet, and a copy is emailed to our team inbox. We do not use third-party form tools, ad trackers, or analytics cookies on this site.

Your data is never sold, and it is never shared with third parties, except where we're legally required to.

How long we keep it

We keep programme signup and enquiry records for as long as needed to run the current and next cohort, and for basic accounting and safeguarding records after that. If you ask us to delete your data, we'll do so unless we're required to keep it for a legal reason.

Your rights

You can ask to see the data we hold about you, correct it, or have it deleted at any time, just email us at [email protected] or reply to any email you've received from us. We'll respond as soon as we can.
